At the clinic we offers a full range of state of the art treatment.

The goal of treatment is to slow the progression of the disease by removing the abnormal venous circulation that are varicose veins. There is no reason to fear a lack of veins after treatment. Indeed, it concerns only abnormal superficial veins and not the deep veins (main venous system).

FOAM TREATMENT

ULTRASOUND-GUIDED FOAM SCLEROTHERAPY

Foam is obtained by mixing air and a liquid sclerosant. Foam has been widely used in many countries over the past fifteen years (tens of millions of sessions have already been performed). The foam increases the sclerosing effect and better results are obtained with less product. Numerous international scientific publications have been made on this subject. Ultrasound-guided foam sclerotherapy involves injecting foam into a varicose vein under ultrasound guidance. The varicose vein will then close and turn into a fibrous cord, and in many cases even gradually completely disappear.

In France 6 million sclerotherapies are performed each year.

LASER TREATMENT

ENDOVENOUS LASER ABLATION

The light emitted from the laser generator is directed by a very fine and sterile optical fibre in the vein, and converted into heat in contact with blood. This strong thermal energy will cause inflammation and contraction of the wall of the vein. The vein will then immediately retract, become closed, converted by the body into a fibrous tissue that will gradually degrade and disappear completely, without the need to remove it physically (as opposed to surgery). In addition, on removing the refluxing vein, the abnormally high venous pressure in the varicose branches will normalize. The latter will regress gradually. If necessary, they may also be treated by sclerotherapy.

Endovenous laser treatment has been used for fifteen years and is becoming very popular.

Millions of patients have already been able to benefit from it in the world.

WE POSSESS STATE OF THE ART MEDICAL EQUIPMENT

Colour Doppler ultrasound, Vein illumination, Endovenous laser, Radiofrequency ablation

SEALING TREATMENT

VEIN SEALING PROCEDURE

Anaesthesia is not required in such procedures. A specially prepared chemical (glue adhesive) intended for endovenous use polymerize in a controlled manner in the vessel under comfort conditions for patient. This method of treating varicose veins ensures precision and easy, non-surgical (no incisions) access to the vessel.

ADVANTAGES

No need for Tumescent Anesthesia No need for general or spinal anesthesia Faster and more comfortable compared to endovenous laser therapy, radiofrequency ablation and surgery Eliminates nerve damage caused by thermal ablation No need for compression stockings in majority of cases No skin lesions or burn marks after treatment Patients can return to work and daily routines immediately
